WHAT IS DTEC?
The Delta Teacher Efficacy Campaign (DTEC) is a program that offers professional learning and development to shift mindsets and perspectives, while providing effective strategies to enhance classroom management, student engagement and
instructional strategies.

WHY DTEC?
To close the achievement gap while equipping Educators to teach all students utilizing culturally relevant practices, bringing awareness to implicit and explicit biases that result in stereotype threats, mental health and trauma in the classroom/teacher stress, the whole child approach, and many more.

WHERE is DTEC?
DTEC is a national program that partners with school districts, local schools, community organizations/colleges and universities offering the DTEC approach to everyone as we increase our impact one DTEC Change Agent at a time.
